The Ford and District Branch had a project to identify every Serviceman/woman with contacts to the Branch Area who lost their lives during the Great War, that was undertaken by Ian Hulme.

Each fallen soldiers family were presented with a death scroll on behalf of the Monarch which was the inspiration for the research undertaken - to make people of the names on the memorials and to acknowledge and remember them.

The progress has been presented at the Annual Church Parades at Bicton Church in June of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and finally in 2019.

The information at the close of the project is available here.

Please feel free to print off a copy if you would like to, or just copy certain passages, but please acknowledge tha the research was undertaken on behalf of the Royal British Legion who are the custodians of Remembrance.
